Our Combined HARPS and HACCP Refresher workshop is designed to help packing sheds and agents to prepare for their upcoming HARPs audit (or to answer non-conformances) as well as complete HACCP Refresher training, which has been specifically designed for fresh produce.
We go through each HARPS requirement one by one and explain what the auditor will be looking for and how to comply.
As with all QMS Audits workshops, we supply lots of templates to help you comply with HARPS requirements quickly.
Our HACCP Refresher course reviews the essentials of HACCP and common CCPs and QCPs for fresh produce.

Please note: This course is NOT initial or full HACCP training. A key requirement of HARPS is for a representative of the business to have completed an initial HACCP training course delivered by an Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This is not a nationally accredited HACCP course.
