HACCP Refresher - 2 hour
HACCP Refresher training online will update your HACCP Skills as part of your three year HACCP Refresher cycle.
Delivered as a virtual classroom, we step through the each of the 7 HACCP principles and explain what good looks like. This is a brief refresher which extends for 2 hours with up to a further 1 hour of question time. Like all of our courses, you can expect lots of class discussion as we go straight into building and refining risk analysis for food. We provide a workbook as part of the HACCP Refresher course, which will be emailed as a pdf.
This HACCP refresher course satisfies the HACCP Refresher training requirements for Woolworths Supplier Excellence, Coles/CFSMR, HARPS, SQF and BRC and most other GFSI standards. For any other standards please give us a call as we are always happy to check the standards for you.

HACCP is a gateway system for food safety. If you can understand that a pedestrian gate will probably only stop the dog from getting out, whilst a castle gate has a lot more controls and therefore should stop an entire army, then you can probably get your head around HACCP. HACCP is about identifying potential food safety and quality hazards and then deciding what type of gate you need to put in place – do I need a pedestrian gate or a castle with a moat, draw bridge, high, thick walls and guards with bows and arrows?
Participants will be issued a certificate on completion of the course
This HACCP training is suitable for packing sheds undergoing HARPS, food business owners, quality managers, productions managers and other employees who are wanting to become either a HACCP team leader or HACCP team member or just want an understanding of food safety. Participants may be looking to either implement, maintain or review a HACCP-based Food Safety Program in their workplace. For businesses that are undergoing HACCP Certification, our HACCP Training is strongly recommended as the first step to understanding what is required during the HACCP audit.
Participants must have completed HACCP Training Principles and Applications or equivalent.
