This HACCP Refresher Training course satisfies the requirements for SQF, BRC, Coles/CFSMR, WQA/Supplier Excellence, GlobalGAP and FSSC 22000.
For participants reviewing their HACCP plan, this program goes towards your annual HACCP review as part of your verification schedule.
We have combined our HACCP Refresher program with an opportunity to network and problem solve with other quality managers, HACCP Team members and people involved with managing food businesses.
Throughout the HACCP Refresher Training, we walk through a HACCP plan, with participants discussing current issues they are facing with each of the implementation of their HACCP Plan(s). Discussions range from recent queries from audits through to discussion around implementation and how to get buy-in by directors, food handlers and operators. You can expect some lively debate as participants offer ideas and we facilitate class discussions around these issues.
The training is designed to give participants time to ask questions about their individual plans. Previous participants have come from a range of industries including logistics, meat and poultry industries, fruit and vegetables growers and FMCG manufacturers.
