HACCP + Freshcare Combined Workshop is a fully integrated training course. It complies with both Freshcare and HARPS requirements.
- Participants will be issued the following certificates:
- 1. HACCP Certificate (Unit FBPFSY3002 Participate in a HACCP Team)
- 2. Freshcare Certificate
To undergo this training as separate courses would usually cost $2,200 and take 2.5 days to complete.
We have distilled our two day HACCP course into a single day, where we focus on food safety and quality hazards which are relevant to horticulture. We then build on your HACCP understanding as we work through the Freshcare course and manual. We explain how HACCP has been built into Freshcare before looking at each of the Freshcare requirements in a detailed manner. We show you how to conduct a Freshcare internal audit during the workshop. Participants will be given an opportunity to write a To-Do list as we work through each of the Freshcare requirements.
This course has been purposely designed to ensure participants are given a detailed understanding of both food safety and HACCP relating to horticulture.
The workshop fee includes registration with Freshcare and our Freshcare Ed.4.1 manual, which has been upgraded to make Freshcare audits as simple as possible.
Please note this HACCP course is not suitable for participants looking to comply with SQF requirements.
Participants undertake units of competency that are nationally recognised (RTO Number: 45344).
