This Freshcare Training course is the first step for growers/packers to satisfy the new HARPS requirements from Woolworths, Coles and Aldi.

As of 1 January 2020, all Freshcare audits will be conducted to the new GFSI standard, Freshcare Ed.4.1. See our Freshcare Upgrade workshop which includes each of the new templates (both hard copy and electronic) as well as a walk through of the recent changes to the Freshcare standard.

Natasha Bowe, our Freshcare Trainer, delivers the Freshcare 4.1 Training over the Internet and phone. The format is almost exactly identical to our classroom-based workshop, with participants filling out the Freshcare Forms as we work through each of the requirements. Freshcare folders with all of the forms are sent to the participant prior to the workshop. An electronic copy is also sent through.
The webinar is interactive, with plenty of opportunities for participants to ask questions. As part of the workshop, participants are taught how to conduct an Internal Audit, what to expect at the audit and what evidence is required to comply with each requirement.
Our folders have recently been updated to include all of the new Freshcare 4.1 requirements. Professionally printed tabs in the folder make the audit as streamlined as possible. Electronic copies of each of the templates are provided in PDF or word format, where practical.
Freshcare registration is included as part of the Webinar fee.
Ideally you will have access to the internet and will be able to access the webinar using Zoom Video Conferencing. However, it is also possible to attend the webinar if you have access to powerpoint and a reliable telephone line.

If you need any help or advice in booking this training, would prefer to pay over the phone or be invoiced and then pay via EFT/cheque, please call us on 1300 404 505 or email us at info@qmsaudits.com.au.
