Bring your existing Food Defence and Food Vulnerability plans as a hardcopy with you, we encourage you to mark it up and ask questions about it during our class discussions.
Food Fraud (also known as VACCP) is about identifying which ingredients may be subjected to sabotage, substitution or counterfeiting. Food Defence (also known as TACCP) is about identifying how a person can attack your business or industry.
This Food Fraud and Food Defence training is suitable for food business owners, quality managers, productions managers and other employees who are wanting to protect their business from Food Fraud or other threats to their business or industry. We will explain the requirements that must be fulfilled to comply with SQF, BRC and retailer standards, including Coles and Woolworths.
